1. Raw materials of base board

   A.We have 48 kinds of regular colors.For each of them,we always prepare enough quantity of films which can help to produce 200-400pcs of PVC wall panel.It won’t make an big impact on production only if the quantity of each color is within 400pcs.Otherwise,the production time will be 3-4days.

   B.Protective film with customized logo is based on not less than two containers.The production takes 7-15days.

   五、Packaging

   The packing step goes together with doing UV lacquer.If the product is good,then it will be packed in the meantime.

   六、Other factors

1. If many orders are placed at the same time,a new order should be arranged in line.It will make the delivery time one to two weeks more.

    

2. Force majeure factor,like Covid-19 this year which makes production work start later than usual,so this will delay the delivery time.

    

3. Government intervention like checking environmental protection situation will influence the delivery time.
