MONOLOGUE FROM A HAPPY BOY WHO SUPERVISES LOADING CONTAINERS

It needs two more extra hours after work again.Because of Covid-19,Chinese government doesn’t allow anyone to go to work until Mid-March,so orders are tight when we began to work.After loading three containers today,we need to prepare for loading another six containers of SPC WALL PANEL tomorrow.Since those six containers of SPC WALL PANEL will be finished this noon,I need to record all production data,quantity per pallet,item codes per container,type of packaging,form of loading,the place for putting cargo,etc.

It had been five years counting from the date when I came here in LINYI LUSHENG DECORATION MATERIALS CO.,LTD. till now.At the beginning,I am in charge of other projects.Since the quantity of exporting is getting bigger and bigger,I am responsible for loading work.SPC WALL PANEL is easy for packaging.Take an example,for thickness 3mm of SPC WALL PANEL-100pcs per pallet and 1300pcs per container.There are two methods of loading:

1. Due to the limited space of container,some goods will be in loose form when loading.Eight full pallets and remaining 500pcs of SPC WALL PANEL will be in loose loading.

2. All SPC WALL PANEL are packed by full pallets.500pcs of them will be loading in vertical.The advanatges of loading like this are faster loading for us and faster unloading for customers.The dis-advantage is that it needs to be very careful whatever loading or unloading.If two trucks are arranged,the cargo must be loading in the container behind for safety.So when customers took the orders with six containers or ten containers one time,we will book trucks with containers in the same quantity and the trucks will be in line for loading SPC WALL PANEL.It is very spectacular.
